calbytext is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, interruption of service, or any other damages arising from your use of calbytext. This includes data lost during beta resets.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of calbytext after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to calbytext at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may stop using calbytext at any time — simply don't open your link.
